Frequently Asked Questions

New Clients & Appointments

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes!

We are currently welcoming new feline patients. To schedule your first visit, please complete our New Client Form and book an appointment.

Medications & Prescriptions

How long will it take for my prescription to be ready?

✔ Please allow 48-72 hours for all medications to be filled.

If you need a refill, we recommend requesting it in advance to ensure timely pickup.

Diet & Nutrition

Should I feed my cat a raw diet?

✔ Our veterinarians do not recommend raw diets due to potential health risks such as bacterial contamination and nutrient imbalances. If you need guidance on balanced feline nutrition, we’re happy to help!

Dental Care

Do you perform dental procedures?

Yes!

We provide professional cat dental cleanings under anesthesia, including full-mouth X-rays and, if necessary, tooth extractions. Regular dental care is essential for your cat’s long-term health.

Vaccinations & Preventative Care

My cat doesn’t go outside. Does he really need vaccinations?

✔ Yes!

Even indoor-only cats should be vaccinated. Cats can accidentally escape, and rabid bats have been known to enter homes. Without vaccines, your cat is at risk for preventable and potentially fatal diseases.
